An assessment is an opinion

Make the county prove its number.

A property tax assessment can look final. It is not always right. The useful question is whether the enrolled value holds up against the facts that apply to your property.

The market moved

Your assessed value may no longer reflect what the property was actually worth on the required valuation date.

The county record is wrong

Incorrect square footage, condition, use, or improvements can push an assessment above the evidence.

The comparison is off

The sales or income assumptions behind an assessment may not fit your building or your local market.

From address to appeal

We do the work that makes the number move.

01

We review the record

We pull the available county data, assessment history, and property details to screen for a credible case.

02

We build the evidence

We examine the valuation date, comparable properties, income data when relevant, and any factual errors.

03

We handle the appeal

With your approval, we prepare the filing and manage the negotiation, documents, and hearing process.

Not just one kind of property

A sharper review for the place you own.

From a single-family home to a multistate commercial portfolio, the valuation method should fit the asset. We tailor the review instead of forcing every property through the same checklist.

Straight answers

Before you start.

Does checking my property cost anything?

No. The initial review is free. If we find a credible appeal, you will see the fee terms in writing before you decide whether to proceed.

Do you work with homes and commercial properties?

Yes. We review residential properties as well as office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and other commercial real estate.

What do you need from me?

Start with the property address. We use public assessment records first, then ask for only the documents needed to support a real opportunity.

Will an appeal stop my tax bill from being due?

No. Property taxes generally must still be paid on time while an appeal is pending. If the appeal succeeds, the taxing authority handles the resulting adjustment or refund.

Where is the service available?

We currently serve property owners in California, Georgia, and Florida. Rules and deadlines vary by state and county, so every property is reviewed individually.
